To support our Global Business and Fund Relations Team in Paris, we are looking for a Distribution Oversight Manager to join our very dynamic organization.

The role

• Advise on KPI proposals in agreements with FMCs (which are further pushed down to Distributors)
• Reporting of KPI’s: done on behalf of both MFEX and its network of Distributors. Drafting of form/questionnaire based on the KPI’s to the distributors and collecting the answers. Performance of risk assessments based on the answers and report the result to the FMC based on the decided frequency of reporting.
• Based on the oversight conducted, provide assurance that MFEX complies with the contractual clauses stipulated by the FMCs. Eg. participate in meetings with FMC representatives and be the primary contact for all distribution queries from FMCs.
• Monitoring the distribution done by the Distributors and Sub-distributors to ensure that they comply with agreed conditions.
• Develop a methodology to assess the distribution risk linked to the Distributor clients and perform assessment regularly.
• Develop, implement and execute the oversight of the Distributor’s due diligence processes and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable AML and Sanctions regulatory requirements.

Your profile

• Proven experience in overseeing distribution within a fund company
• Advanced level of both French and English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Rigorous and detailed-oriented

• An enthusiastic team player, client oriented and with good interpersonal skills

• Curious and eager to learn and grow - coachable
