Distribution Planning, Analyst
Summary
Analyzes and processes sales orders, coordinates shipments, and resolves fulfillment issues using Oracle Order Management and Agile in a manufacturing environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Create & Book Sales Order, release pick slip for Sub Con shipment, intercompany shipment –for Shipment or Billing purpose based on online ATS
- Perform Sales Order Creation (SOC) Request based on workflow request.
- Responsible to carry out efficiently by checking the ATS , PO/IR & Oracle stock status to avoid any discrepancy in Data entry
- Coordinate with store personnel to ensure NO delay on physical preparation to support urgent ATS shipment
- Perform Cancellation / Reversal Sales Order - Based on requirement from the requester.
- Prepare Stage Report in daily basis and publish to all an appropriate person thru e-mail to execute shipment in timely manner.
- To ensure QA Blocking / issue prompt resolve on time. Liaise closely with FG sups and respective QA personnel to make sure not outstanding issue pending for all the overdue shipment.
- Involve in Quarter End Activity to ensure all the shipment activity going smoothly and support PI Count Activity.
Education & Experience
- Degree
- Preferably 2 to 3 year experience in similar capacity
Skills
- Good Communication skill
- Computer literate: Microsoft Window, Microsoft PowerPoint, Oracle (Order Management & Shipping Module), Agile.
- Excellent leadership
- Independent & able to work with minimum supervision
