Job Description
Become part of the team powering household names like Kleenex®, Scott®, Viva®, WypAll® and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. At Arbex, everything you need is right here: innovation, growth and the chance to leave a real mark.
Settling for just any role isn't you, and it isn't us either. Being Unstoppable Together calls for a particular kind of person and teams who genuinely care about making a difference. Here, you'll channel your professional expertise, talent and drive into building and managing a portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you'll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene for billions of people worldwide.
We are seeking a commercially driven Distributor Manager to join our KCP Channel team in Queensland. You will manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing tier two and tier three distributor partners across the state.
With a strong customer base in Brisbane, you will be the primary contact for your distributor portfolio. You will create new business opportunities, grow existing accounts and strengthen the connection between our customers, sales teams and channel partners.
This role is planned to commence in January 2027.
About You
In this professional sales role, you'll focus on winning with customers and the market while putting safety, mutual respect and human dignity at the centre.
You are an experienced B2B sales professional who can operate independently, build trusted commercial relationships and manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle. You understand that success in distributor sales involves more than selling directly to an end customer. It requires influencing partners, demonstrating value and coordinating activity across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You are comfortable navigating complex customer and operational matters, having constructive but challenging conversations and resolving issues collaboratively. You will bring resilience, sound judgement and the confidence to represent KCP in a highly autonomous, customer-facing role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing tier two and tier three KCP distributor partners across Queensland
- Build a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities and manage them through the complete sales cycle
- Develop trusted customer relationships and demonstrate the value of KCP products, services and commercial solutions
- Engage distributor sales representatives through product training, joint customer calls and sales activation initiatives
- Collaborate with KCP Account Managers and the broader sales and channel teams to coordinate customer activity and provide a connected partner experience
- Identify customer priorities, growth opportunities and commercial risks while working with internal teams to resolve operational challenges
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated B2B sales experience, with the ability to build customer relationships and manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle
- Strong commercial judgement, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- The confidence and self-motivation to work independently in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations, resolve conflict and work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Approximately five years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners or a buy-sell commercial model
- Sales experience within FMCG, workplace products, hygiene, professional solutions or a similar industry
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrix organisation
