District Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Implementation:
Lead and coordinate the district-level execution of the Women and Child Resilience Programme.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, goals, and quality standards.
Oversee interventions related to women’s empowerment, child protection, health, education, and nutrition.
Team Management:
Supervise field staff and community mobilizers.
Build team capacity through training and regular support.
Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with district-level government departments (WCD, Health, Education, etc.).
Develop and maintain partnerships with local NGOs, community groups, and Panchayati Raj Institutions.
Represent the organization in relevant forums and meetings.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track programme indicators and ensure timely data collection.
Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports.
Identify risks and escalate issues to the State Programme Manager.
Community Mobilization & Awareness:
Drive awareness campaigns on child rights, gender equality, and resilience.
Facilitate community meetings, trainings, and capacity-building sessions.
Encourage participation of women and children in programme activities.
