District Loss Prevention Manager

The District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM)'s role is to lead, inspire and develop a district team to support the LP strategy. They are responsible for leading the LP teams, to support a safe environment for our Associates and customers, manage internal and external crime, and support in the reduction of operational losses. This is delivered through excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and communicate district shrink and safety strategy
Partner with District Manager to drive and deliver shrink and safety strategy
Effectively manage district LP Key Performance Indicators, costs and budgets
Deputise for line manager as required
Deploy local and functional strategies to prioritise safety and minimise shrink
Keeping People Safe
Help ensure a safe working environment for all our TJX associates and customers in partnership with business partners
Leading any Violence and Aggression responses where appropriate
Effectively identify and manage technical and physical security issues promptly in partnership with the tech security team
Manage Crime
Accountable for deploying resources across the district(s) to meet business needs
Attend external meetings with local bids & councils to raise persistent issues and agree solutions
Provide clear and concise local / specialist knowledge to the relevant stakeholders to support the growth of the district, region, and company
Operational Shrink & Loss Reduction
Collaborate and build effective relationships with a wide range of business partners to deliver district strategies
Create and deliver the district shrink strategy in line with regional and company expectations
Validate the implementation and compliance of company policies and procedures
Support operational loss across the district
People & Talent
Act as an ambassador of the TJX brand
Accountable for talent planning and resource management across the district
Lead, inspire and coach team to deliver their objectives and any business initiatives across the district
Accountable for the management of all associate activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, pay reviews, training and development, recruitment and other people related responsibilities
Build effective succession plan for all roles
Utilise all company resources, tools, and programs to support personal and team development
Participate in projects at district, regional and company level if required
