District Manager/Area Manager (East)


A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborates with the Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

General Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
  • Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
  • Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
  • Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
  • Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
  • Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.
