This is 100% Commission Based Position

Summary

• Lead and oversee the canvassing division, driving customer acquisition through direct outreach
• Recruit, train, and manage the canvassing team to ensure high performance and consistency
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead generation and appointment setting
• Monitor and optimize door-to-door campaigns to align with company objectives
• Ensure canvassing efforts deliver consistent, high-quality results and measurable ROI

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing canvassing team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Develop and execute targeted canvassing strategies to drive lead generation and appointment setting
• Monitor team performance, track metrics, and adjust tactics to meet goals and quotas
• Participate in canvassing and follow-up calls to engage prospects and schedule appointments
• Ensure accurate CRM data entry, reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules
