As a District Manager (DM) you will support day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Test Centers. Duties will range from helping your team advance their career down to helping your team establish a weekly schedule. This is a 100% remote role with an expectation of frequent travel within and outside of your territory to help advance operations and trust through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities
Supervise TCMs and TCAs (when Test Centers don’t have a manager) and the day-to-day running of the test center
Effective management of Test Center staff including performance management, coaching, training, and engaging with corporate communications
Screen, interview, and hire new TCMs and TCAs
Train TCMs and TCAs to use Prometric’s learning and development tools to ensure that they are competent and certified in proctoring standards
Prepare and/or support the preparation of staff schedules
Work to ensure a safe and comfortable testing environment to foster a positive candidate testing experience
Actively check-in and proctor candidates when visiting or working at a Test Center
Frequent two-way communication with your direct team, TCMs/TCAs across the testing community and the Test Center Leadership Team.
Requirements / Must Have
Must live within one of the states in your portfolio of Test Centers. For this position, you must reside in one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or West Virginia
Must be able to travel at least once per month to visit Test Centers within your territory.
Must have the ability to travel up to 32 days (Thurs – Sun, 8 times per year) outside of your territory to support single-day admins for Prometric customers.
Conducive work-from-home environment. This is a 100% remote role. Prometric offers $500 towards office equipment and provides your laptop.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience
High School Diploma required; college degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
2-3 years of customer service experience
2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
General business acumen and understanding of operational metrics & financial performance
Experience in interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees for various shifts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Explorer-web browsing)
