District Manager

- Sales & Business Management

· Achieve district sales targets and ensure growth of Purex Health Care Pharmaceuticals products.

· Monitor performance of territories and ensure corrective actions where needed.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

- Team Leadership

· Lead, supervise, and develop Territory Managers and their teams.

· Conduct regular business reviews and coaching sessions.

· Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

- Strategic Planning & Execution

· Develop and implement district sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

· Ensure efficient territory planning and resource allocation.

· Drive execution of marketing and promotional campaigns in the field.

- Customer & Market Engagement

· Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and institutions.

· Gather competitor intelligence and market insights to support decision-making.

· Represent the company at conferences, events, and scientific meetings.

- Reporting & Compliance

· Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.

· Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales, with at least 4–5 years in a supervisory/management role.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.

· Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

· Ability to analyze data, forecast, and develop action plans.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and business reporting tools.

· High mobility and willingness to travel extensively.
