District Manager – Fastgas Convenience Stores
We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused leader to oversee multiple convenience store locations

The District Manager is responsible for leading the successful operation and profitability of multiple Fastgas locations. The primary role of this position is to demonstrate strong leadership, build high-performing teams, recruit, develop, and retain top talent, solve operational challenges, and improve store performance and profitability. The District Manager coaches and supports Store General Managers, ensures consistent execution of company standards, and develops future leaders within Fastgas.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Build high-performing, customer-focused teams by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, developing, and retaining employees who demonstrate strong character and align with our core values.
• Ensure all new employees are properly onboarded, trained, and equipped for success.
• Coach and support Store General Managers through training, performance management, and leadership development.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and operational performance to maximize profitability.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for increased sales, reduced costs, and improved store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure excellence in customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, food safety, and operational compliance.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership regarding store performance, staffing, and operational priorities.
• Lead by example, uphold company values, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
