Company Overview:
SudStop Car Wash operates a chain of high-quality car wash facilities known for exceptional service and customer satisfaction. With a commitment to efficiency, innovation, and environmental sustainability, we strive to deliver the best car care experience in every community we serve.
Location:
- Position will be based out of our locations in the Florida Panhandle or Southern Alabama area.
- Role will involve regular travel within the district and occasionally beyond
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple car wash locations within a designated geographic area. The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of service, and driving profitability across all assigned locations.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 years of proven experience as a District Manager or similar managerial role in the car wash industry or related field.
- Proficient computer and administrative skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and build relationships external stakeholders
- Ability to travel regularly within the district and occasionally beyond for meetings, inspections, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Safety - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Operational Oversight - Directly manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple car wash facilities within the district.
- Performance Management - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Memberships, revenue, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational costs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Staff Leadership - Recruit, train, coach, and develop location managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Customer Experience - Foster a customer-centric culture across all locations, ensuring that customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 base; commensurate with experience.
