District Wide - Technology Support Specialist

Position Summary:

The Technology Support Specialist provides technology support for staff and students. This position supports Chromebooks, classroom instructional technology, Google Workspace, user accounts, and other district-supported systems.

This position serves as the primary technology support contact and works closely with the Director of Technology, district technology staff, other Technology Support Specialists, building administration, teachers, support staff, and students. The position reports to the Director of Technology. The immediate needs may help determine daily priorities, but district technology procedures, standards, and technical direction are provided by the Director of Technology.
