Job Summary

The Diversified Industries Relationship Manager at Texas Capital Bank is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Diversified banking relationships within a variety of industries. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial solutions, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and onboard new diversified banking clients across diverse industry sectors.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, understanding their unique financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for various bank products and services, including loans, deposits, treasury management, and other specialized offerings.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess client creditworthiness and structure appropriate loan facilities.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive credit proposals to internal teams, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of financial products and services with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic financial guidance and market insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including product specialists, credit officers, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences. Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Texas Capital Bank at industry events, conferences, and community functions to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new leads.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management, with a proven track record of success in diversified industries.
  • Strong understanding of various financial products and services relevant to diversified clients (e.g., C&I loans, real estate, treasury management, trade finance).
  • Exceptional credit analysis and underwriting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and close complex commercial banking transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales acumen.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and internal partnerships.
  • Required FINRA Licenses
