As the Division Manager for Property and Casualty Broking, you will lead and drive the strategic growth and profitability of our P&C portfolio. Your core responsibilities will include managing a high-performing team of brokers, overseeing complex placements, and negotiating competitive terms with major insurers. You will spearhead business development initiatives, manage the division's P&L, and act as the principal strategic advisor for our top-tier corporate clients on their intricate risk exposures and mitigation strategies.

skills and experience required

You should possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Property and Casualty broking, alongside a proven track record in leadership and team management. A robust network of established insurer and client relationships within the market is essential. Exceptional strategic planning, advanced negotiation abilities, and outstanding communication skills are required to drive the division's commercial success. Professional insurance qualifications (such as ACII, ANZIIF, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
