Division Partnerships and SBO Support (Stipend), 2026–2027

Position Title: Division Partnerships and SBO Support (Part-Time, Stipend Position)
Program: Virtual Virginia (VVA) K–12 Online Program
Compensation: $15,000 Annual Stipend
Status: Part-Time / Internal 12-Month Applicants Only

Position Overview:

This stipend supports a professional dedicated to proactive outreach and partnership development with School Business Officers (SBOs), Human Resources (HR) departments, and School Boards across Virginia school divisions. Responsibilities include actively reaching out to division leaders to demonstrate how Virtual Virginia (VVA) can directly support their specific staffing, financial, and operational needs. The recipient will serve as a consultative liaison, presenting VVA's flexible enrollment options, instructional solutions, and cost-saving benefits to help divisions expand pathways, bridge local teacher needs, and optimize their budgets. Additionally, this role involves creating tailored presentations for division HR and financial teams, guiding divisions through VVA's billing and enrollment structures, and developing strategic outreach resources that clearly communicate VVA's value proposition to local school boards and administrative staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working with school board officers and division-level leadership in a school division or program
• Virginia License in Administration and Supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis

Compensation: Compensation is paid in equal installments as a monthly stipend, September 2026–June 2027.
