We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Divisional Controller to oversee financial operations within a specific division of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all financial activities within the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with division leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor finance team members within the division, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and compliance reviews.

- Support cost control initiatives and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

- Proven experience in financial management, ideally within a divisional or departmental context.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
