Client: Leading Independent Property Consultancy
Essentials: 7+ years of Commercial Property Valuations experience; MRICS/MSCSI Chartered Valuations Surveyor; experience with Argus Enterprise or similar
Location: Central Dublin
Salary: €85,000 - €100,000

• Undertake commercial property and land valuations across various asset classes.
• Conduct property inspections and provide expert valuation advice.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
• Manage and deliver valuation instructions to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a network of key market contacts.
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to win new instructions.
