Your future, your role

As a Divisional Support Manager , you’ll be:

  • To work closely with all divisional stakeholders to drive private Orthodontic revenue growth within the division.

  • Work closely with the marketing function to identify a variety of customer propositions, enabling delivery of the customer journey with an emphasis on service and choice

  • Proactively develop the private customer journey, constantly seeking opportunities to improve standards

  • Build relationships with practice teams, ensuring they understand their role within the private patient journey and future growth plans

  • Lead by example, inspire Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO's) teams, build their confidence, share best practice to support achievement of private targets

  • Support the TCO’s to create a calendar of referral events, promotional events, lunch and learns and complimentary assessments in order attract private patients to meet and exceed practice private revenue targets with appropriate cost controls in place

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Previous experience of operating in a field-based role desirable

  • Business acumen – able to analyse data and insight to develop ideas and proposals that will drive private revenue

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted and effective relationships at all levels

  • Demonstrate the ability to train, coach and develop people

  • Excellent organisational skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs

  • Communication skills – ability to write and present business reports and proposals

  • A proactive approach – advocating and championing change

  • Drive for self-learning
