DLP Analyst Expert

Work model: Hybrid in Gdańsk/Gdynia/Warsaw/Łódź - 3 days a week in the office
Rate: up to 190 PLN/h (B2B contract)
Summary: The DLP Analyst Expert will play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive data, directly responding to Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) incidents and contributing to the enhancement of data protection protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
Investigate and respond to DLP security incidents.
Provide Business Intelligence reporting based on DLP incidents.
Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify and resolve security incidents, creating meaningful reports.
Conduct data protection awareness and communication campaigns.
Coordinate with other security teams and stakeholders to finalize investigations and improve DLP processes.
Prepare detailed reports on DLP security incidents, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, risk exposure, and mitigation proposals.
Perform routine DLP team business activities.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a DLP-related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience in investigating Data Leakage Prevention incidents in a banking environment.
Experience preparing Cyber Security Reports in data protection.
Nice to Have:
Good knowledge of incident response and investigation in a DLP-related role.
Understanding of Business Intelligence tools and practices.
Ability to develop and maintain incident response plans, procedures, and playbooks.
Knowledge of measuring and mitigating data leakage risks in a banking environment.
Strong data analysis skills for processing data and preparing reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Information Technologies and IT Service Management.
