They will take customer calls, questions, orders, have to verify insurance as well as handle all orders coming in thru the fax

We are one of the largest independent providers in Central Florida. We are big enough to provide a vast range of products and services, but being locally owned and operated has allowed us to offer personal care to our patients

• At least one year of DME CSR experience

• at least 4-5 years overall Csr experince (however the more seasoned the better)

• at least 1.5-two years of insurance verification

• experience in reordering supplies, insurance questions, troubleshooting

• High call volume, roughly 500 calls split between 4 people (must have handled at least 75 calls per day in the past)

• Also will handle the orders coming thru fax, processing them etc.

• Computer literate

• Clear, articulate

• Muti-tasker

• Critical thinker

• Empathetic

Hours for this Position:

M-F 8:30-5 or 9-5:30p/
