DME Manager

The Role: In this role, you will lead daily business operations, drive retail sales, and manage the team to ensure the location's overall profitability and success.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• Associate’s degree (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
• 3–5 years of management experience, coupled with 2–5 years of proven success in healthcare sales.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach to leadership with a passion for excellent customer service.
• Strong sales abilities with a track record of driving business growth and achieving operational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day staff management: scheduling, coaching, and holding team members accountable to foster a high-performing culture.

• Train staff on all computer systems and internal processes to ensure operational fluency.

• Delegate tasks effectively and follow up consistently to ensure smooth, uninterrupted daily operations.

• Take ownership of the location’s financial success, focusing on growing retail sales and maximizing overall profitability.

• Manage daily financial processes, including balancing cash drawers and completing daily bank deposits.

• Oversee the delivery processes and ensure the building remains secure and fully operational.

• Periodically travel to and provide coverage for other locations as requested by management (flexibility regarding your "home office" is required based on broader staffing needs).

• Build and maintain highly effective, positive working relationships with your staff, our customers, and key local referral sources.
