We are seeking to hire an experienced full-time professional security officers/dock master to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing the dock of a high-rise location; the ability to stand for long periods of time, be computer literate and capable of being able to multi-task under stressful conditions. Officers in this role are responsible for providing safety and security services by enforcing site-specific policies, safety procedures and emergency response protocols for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Ensure the safety off all personnel and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities.
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a valid level II Texas security license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have 2 years of current security experience.
