Document Controller cum Project Administrator

Manages project documents and provides administrative support for construction or industrial projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and coordinating logistics for overseas assignments.
Job Description
1) Document Controller
- Establish and maintain the project document control system.
- Register, track and distribute all incoming and outgoing project correspondence.
- Maintain document registers
- Monitor document review status and follow up on overdue comments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 document control procedures.
- Coordinate document submissions to clients, consultants and subcontractors.
2) Project Administrator
- Provide administrative support to Project
- Assist in preparing/ compiling project reports
- Arrange transportation/accommodation for overseas assignment
- Other admin support tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in document control or project administration within an EPC, construction, oil & gas, water treatment, infrastructure, or industrial projects environment.
- Experience supporting overseas projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 documentation requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of project documentation workflows.
- May be required to support overseas projects and coordinate with international stakeholders across different time zones.
