Document Production Specialist
This role is critical in ensuring quality deliverables are issued to our clients across all areas of WSP.
The Document Production Specialist will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease. The Document Production Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of documents, reports, and other written materials.
There is really no such thing as an average day for a WSP Document Production Specialist but as a snapshot, some of your typical tasks might include (but are not restricted to):
Typing and formatting a wide range of documents, reports, letters, and other written materials.
Ensuring documents present in line with company style guide.
Checking spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors in typed documents.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Working closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Filing and maintaining electronic records of documents, reviews, and signature approvals.
Assisting with proofreading and editing of written materials as needed.

Working Hours: Standard hours are 7 AM to 4 PM IST. On a rotational basis, every three months, the start time will shift to 9 AM.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Degree qualified
Fully conversant to an advanced level in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.?

Have excellent prioritization skills.
Have minimum of 4+ years' experience working as a Document Production Specialist Or Shared Service Administrative Assistant (experience with large documentation compilation), in delivering a high-quality business documentation support service in demanding and pressurized environments.
Be very comfortable using your own initiative.
Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and other colleagues.
Adopts "Best for WSP" approach in day-to-day activities.
