Document Review Attorney - Creditor Rights Litigation

Scott & Associates, P.C. is a well-established, multi-state legal recovery law firm seeking a motivated entry-level Attorney to join our team and remotely support our multi-state operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review lawsuits and legal pleadings to ensure legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Analyze supporting documentation to determine viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment
• Send and respond to written correspondence related to case matters, including disputes, settlements, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to maintain pace with volume-based targets
• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in the firm's internal systems
• Communicate as needed with supervising attorneys regarding case nuances or exceptions

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required

This is a salaried position with no billable hour requirement.
