Document Specialist (Part-Time)
First National Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Document Specialist to join our Records Management Department. In this part time role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of the bank’s document workflows. This is a process-driven position well-suited to candidates who take pride in efficiency, consistency, and thoroughness in completing recurring operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and scan physical documents for electronic processing
- Import, index, and organize documents within the bank’s electronic records system
- Manage mail center operations in support of the loan servicing group
- Deliver, box, track, and store documents in accordance with retention policies
- Audit electronic files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with and willingness to perform repetitive, process-driven tasks consistently
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as required by the role
