Drafts and reviews post-trade legal confirmations for derivatives (swaps, forwards, options) and resolves documentation discrepancies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational accuracy.
We are looking for a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to support post-trade documentation and control activities. The role is responsible for drafting and reviewing trade documentation, ensuring consistency between trade bookings and contractual records, and supporting the timely resolution of documentation discrepancies.
You will work closely with front office, legal, compliance, technology and operational teams to maintain documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
Main Responsibilities
- Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
- Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment before documentation is issued.
- Ensure activities are completed within regulatory timelines.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified in incoming confirmations.
- Support affirmation and documentation dispute resolution processes with clients.
- Maintain effective relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations teams.
- Contribute to risk control and documentation quality across the trade lifecycle.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and financial markets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Professional fluency in English.
