ABOUT THE TEAM: The Developer Experience (DevX) team supports customers integrating and using Talon.One. The team is responsible for the product docs, developer docs, in-product UX copy, and the technical infrastructure behind the docs platform. Our primary audience spans two groups: marketing users operating the product (campaign managers, loyalty managers), and backend engineers integrating our APIs. We use the docs-as-code approach.
