Documentation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and control project documentation throughout the project lifecycle using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and correspondence management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage ACC projects and folders: set up permissions, naming conventions, and metadata/tags to support search and reporting.

Control document lifecycle: upload, review, publish, supersede, and archive drawings, models, specifications, and records.

Administer workflows: configure and monitor RFIs, submittals, transmittals, issues, and approvals within ACC.

Version control and audit trail: ensure traceability, track revisions, and maintain document logs and dashboards.

Create and maintain templates: folder structures, review workflows, forms, and reporting layouts.

Quality assurance: perform document checks for completeness, format, and compliance with company and client standards.

Coordination and support: train end users, troubleshoot access/sync issues, and liaise with project managers, design teams, and external partners.

Integration and data hygiene: coordinate links with related tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC modules, SharePoint), enforce metadata standards, and prevent duplication.

Reporting: generate weekly/monthly status reports, overdue items, and KPI dashboards (e.g., submittal cycle times, RFI aging).

Closeout: compile turnover packages/O&M manuals, as-builts, and finalize archives per contract requirements.

In addition to ACC-related responsibilities, the role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, as well as the collection, filing, and maintenance of letters and company documentation.
