  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement enhancements and ensure efficiency in quality control procedures.
  • Provide training to staff on quality assurance protocols, policies such as HACCP or SQF, and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of training materials to enhance understanding and adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with quality control, production, maintenance teams to gather information for document creation and revisions.

Work Environment:

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, multipurpose scanner/photocopiers and filing cabinets. While performing some duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is generally at normal levels but can be loud.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, non-exempt position and reports directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
