Domo Data Analyst
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Domo experience to join a growing, fully remote team. This is a client-facing role focused on building dashboards, managing data flows, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring high data quality. You will work directly with clients—primarily law firms—helping them leverage data to operate more efficiently and make better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and dataflows in Domo
- Design, manage, and validate ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and validation)
- Integrate data from legal case management systems (CMS) and other business tools
- Lead client meetings to gather requirements and present insights
- Translate operational workflows and case lifecycle stages into clear reporting structures
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within datasets
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting
- Maintain documentation and provide ongoing client support
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Experience working with law firms or legal operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Domo (MANDATORY)
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation
- Experience with legal CMS platforms such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos, CloudLex, or HubSpot
- Previous experience in client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities or clients
