Donation Data Quality Manager

Ministry Function:
The Donation Data Quality Manager supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of donation and donor records in Salesforce through internal process controls, operational reconciliations between Salesforce revenue and supporting source data, and ongoing quality reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconciles Salesforce donation records to lockbox, Stripe, Paypal, payroll, workplace giving, EFT, third party payment platforms, and more; investigates exceptions and partners with accounting on financial close questions.
- Develops daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end quality checks for donations, accounts, campaigns, imports, designations, and supporting documentation.
- Performs internal reviews, document exceptions, make and/or communicate necessary edits.
- Provides dashboards and recurring summaries to the Revenue Director and translates internal reviews into focused training updates for the team members conducting data entry.
- Maintains reconciliation calendars, control documentation, backup procedures, and cross training materials for critical quality functions.
- Collaborates with the Revenue Director and appropriate working groups for maintaining data-quality standards for Salesforce data.
- Manages and fulfills requests through the donation processing ticketing system such as credit card updates, recurring gift changes, account owner updates, merging accounts, and more.
- Assists with donation processing as needed.
- Fulfills all other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Three years' experience in a business setting is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to concentrate in a fast- paced environment.
- Ability to successfully multi-task, efficiently and accurately completing each project within time deadlines.
- Exhibits strong Mac or PC proficiency and working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn other COH systems as needed.
- Possesses the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.
