【工作內容】
1.協助搜尋資料、資料整理、研究資料收集與分析、結果呈現。
2.協助行政庶務與其他交辦事宜。

【徵求條件】
1.對數位科技、電子商務、數位行銷、人工智慧、教育等相關領域(至少擇一)之研究感興趣。
2.具學習能力與熱誠、負責細心。
3.不限背景學科（理工、商管、人文社會），需博士班在學生，未取得博士候選人亦可。
4.邏輯能力佳、溝通能力佳。
5.熟悉研究常用文書處理軟體。
6.一定程度英文閱讀能力。

【工作地點】台中市西屯區東海大學企業管理研究所，遠距作業亦可。

【工作時間】最快2026年10月起，細節面議。

【待遇與福利】博士生兼任研究助理：12,000-20,000/月，依學校規範。

PhD Student Part-time Research Assistant

【Job Description】
1. Assist in research, data organization, data collection and analysis, and presentation of results.
2. Assist with administrative tasks and other assigned duties.

【Requirements】
1. Interested in research related to at least one of the following fields: digital technology, e-commerce, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, or education.
2. Strong learning ability, enthusiasm, responsibility, and attention to detail.
3. Open to all academic backgrounds (science, engineering, social science, and humanities). Candidates must be currently enrolled in a PhD program. PhD candidacy is not required.
4. Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
5. Proficient in commonly used research-related software.
6. Adequate proficiency in reading English academic materials.

【Work Location】
Department of Business Administration, Tunghai University, Xitun District, Taichung City. Remote work is also possible.

【Work Start Date】
As early as late October of 2026, with further details to be discussed.

【Compensation and Benefits】
Doctoral student research assistant: 12,000-20,000/month. According to university regulations, plus insurance.
