Donor Development Manager
The Donor Development Manager is responsible for building deep, lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of up to 150 JCC Denver donors and prospects, generally closing gifts in the $1,000 to $10,000 range. This role identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual donors, moving them through a continuum of relationships from first connection to sustained, growing investment in the JCC's mission. A starting portfolio will be assigned at hire. The Donor Development Manager works closely with the Chief Development Officer and fellow development team members to advance a culture of philanthropy across the JCC.
This is a relationship-first role. While the Donor Development Manager will draw on donor data, moves management tracking, and giving history to prioritize and personalize outreach, the focus of the position is direct donor contact, including face-to-face visits, calls, written stewardship, and event-based engagement, rather than database administration or event planning.
