Donor Relations Manager (48223)

Position Summary
Under the general guidance of the Advancement Director, the Donor Relations Manager is responsible for
developing and implementing the annual fundraising plan, developing strategies to increase donor
engagement and overall giving, managing a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, and meeting ambitious
financial goals through development, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. The Donor Relations
Manager also partners with the Development Manager on the planning and execution of fundraising events.
The position works collaboratively with the Development Manager, serves on the agency’s leadership team,
and manages fundraising campaigns and donor relations
