Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representative — Lucy's Pest Control (Highland/Lehi, UT)
Full-time | Commission only (no hourly base)

Lucy's Pest Control is building a door-to-door sales team in Highland, Lehi, and nearby neighborhoods. You'll knock doors, talk with homeowners about pest problems, and sign up new customers. We train you.
Pay (please read carefully)
• Commission only — there is no hourly wage or salary.
• Uncapped commission on every account you sell, plus performance bonuses.
• Tough days and “no”s are normal. Reps who keep showing up earn the most.

What you'll do
• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods for Lucy's Pest Control
• Learn each homeowner's pest issues and present service plans
• Sign up customers and follow up with interested prospects
• Keep accurate lead/sales records
• Represent Lucy's professionally outdoors, with reliable transportation
Who thrives
Outgoing, competitive, resilient to rejection, coachable, has a working car/phone/email. Door-to-door or residential sales experience is a plus, not required.
Must be able to work in person in Utah County (Highland/Lehi area), including afternoons and evenings. Out-of-state applicants only if you are relocating here within 30 days.
