What you'll do:

• Build rock-solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to match world-class talent with the perfect roles
• Ignite a high-volume candidate pipeline using creative and proactive sourcing strategies
• Lead dynamic phone screens and manage the interview process from start to finish—our team takes care of the rest!
• Track conversations and interview milestones seamlessly in our Applicant Tracking System (RM)

What you need to bring:

• 1+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
• An elite work ethic and excitement for an engaging 100% in-office environment
• Strong customer-first focus
• Savviness with modern tech tools and recruiting platforms
• A genuine desire to grow with Moxie and fuel our expansion
• Experience in Door-to-Door Recruiting ideal, but not required
