About the role

We are looking for a DORA Specialist to support operational resilience initiatives within a large financial organization.

In this role, you will focus on regulatory gap assessments, implementation of DORA requirements, and strengthening Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) control frameworks. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve operational resilience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DORA requirements and identify regulatory gaps

• Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate compliance with DORA

• Support the development and enhancement of Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory requirements

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders at different seniority levels

• Assess operational resilience controls and recommend improvements

• Prepare documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders

• Support governance and compliance initiatives related to operational resilience

Requirements (must-have)

• Practical experience with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and related Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS)

• Experience in Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM) and/or IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)

• Experience in operational resilience

• Experience performing regulatory gap assessments

• Experience evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements

• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector

• Ability to independently facilitate workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with internal control frameworks

• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance initiatives

• Experience working in large enterprise organizations

• Knowledge of financial regulations beyond DORA
