We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Dorm Supervisor to lead our residential team and help students develop the skills, confidence, and habits they need to succeed in life and their careers. Hours: Sunday and Monday OFF Tuesday-Saturday 3p-12a

What You'll Do

As a Dorm Supervisor, you'll be more than a supervisor—you'll be a mentor, role model, coach, and leader.

Your Responsibilities Include:

🏠 Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and structured dormitory environment

🌱 Supporting student growth, retention, achievement, and overall success

👥 Supervising and leading residential staff to ensure quality student support

🤝 Building positive relationships with students while encouraging accountability and personal responsibility

💡 Using sound judgment to resolve student and staff concerns professionally and effectively

📋 Partnering with counseling staff to provide individualized case management and support student success

✨ Promoting a positive residential culture where students feel respected, supported, and motivated

🔍 Conducting dorm inspections and ensuring compliance with center standards

📚 Serving as a mentor who helps students develop life skills, leadership abilities, and confidence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent

✔ Minimum of one (1) year of Job Corps experience or experience in a related youth development, residential, educational, or workforce program

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited institution

⭐ Valid in-state driver's license
