Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults build the education, career skills, and confidence they need for successful futures. As a Dorm Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team while helping students navigate life both inside and outside the classroom.
π What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor Residential Advisors while overseeing daily dorm operations
- Foster a safe, structured, and positive living environment for students
- Build supportive relationships that promote student retention and success
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, and coverage
- Lead dorm leadership initiatives and support student development
- Monitor student progress through individualized case management
- Ensure accurate incident reporting, inventory management, and facility upkeep
- Coordinate with Counseling, Recreation, Career Technical Training, and other departments
- Assist with transportation and represent Job Corps within the community when needed
