Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience of 7-10 years in enterprise .NET application development using C#, .NET , and SQL Server.
• Experience working with complex legacy applications and modernizing existing solutions.
• Hands-on understanding of multi-tier architecture, service-oriented architecture, and API-driven solutions.
• Ability to analyze and understand existing application codebases with limited documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather requirements through discussions, application analysis, and reverse engineering.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services, including migration of database-driven business logic to service layers.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures and query optimization.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to application support and enhancement.
• Experience working within complex business application ecosystems, ERP/integration-heavy environments, or interconnected enterprise platforms.
• Added advantage if candidate has exposure on power builder
• Added Advantage - Experience collaborating directly with North American business and technical teams in a global delivery model.
