.NET/C# Full-stack Developer

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Shift - 3pm to 12am

Position Summary

We are seeking a .NET/C# Full-stack Developer to build, maintain, and improve business applications in a Microsoft technology environment. This role combines strong C# development skills with proficiency in SQL Server, relational database design, and T-SQL query writing.

The developer will support application interfaces, business logic, and database components, working with business stakeholders to deliver accurate, secure, and reliable solutions. Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, ASP.NET, and WPF is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

C Sharp and NET Application Development

• Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using C# and .NET.
• Implement business rules, application services, and integrations.
• Maintain readable, reusable code and appropriate error handling.
• Resolve application defects and improve performance and reliability.

SQL Server and Database Development

• Design and maintain relational database structures, relationships, keys, and constraints.
• Write and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot database-related application issues.
• Review query performance and coordinate indexing and database changes with database administrators.

Application Interfaces and Integration

• Build and maintain user interfaces using the technologies adopted by the development team.
• Connect application interfaces to business logic, services, and SQL Server databases.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate application behavior.
• Support existing web or desktop applications as assigned; ASP.NET and WPF experience is a plus.

Development Tools and Change Management

• Use Visual Studio for development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Use source control to manage code changes, branches, and version history.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established development and release standards.
• Document changes, maintain ticket updates, and coordinate testing and deployment.
• Follow approved access controls and protect confidential business and client data.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET application development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, relational database design, and T-SQL query writing.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting application logic and database interactions.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and source control tools such as Git.
• Ability to work across application interfaces, business logic, and database components using the teams technology stack.
• Understanding of debugging, testing, error handling, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entity Framework for data access and object-relational mapping.
• Experience using LINQ to query and manipulate data.
• Experience with ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core web applications.
• Experience with WPF desktop applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, automated build and release pipelines, and application performance analysis.
• Experience supporting legal, financial, or other professional services applications.
