Security Supervisor - provides leadership and direction to security officers while ensuring daily operations meet company standards, client expectations, and post requirements, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and daily site operations
• Ensure compliance with post orders, client expectations, and DSI policies
• Conduct inspections, provide officer coaching, and address performance concerns
• Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, and visitors
• Complete reports and escalate incidents as required
• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
• Interact professionally with clients, tenants, visitors, employees, and the public
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• State Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License
• Reliable transportation and means of communication
• Intermediate computer skills
• Familiarity with security camera systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must wear a business suit while on duty
• Ability to professionally interact with tenants, visitors, and transient individuals
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
