* Push the performance limits of a modern query engine
* Experiment with optimization techniques, from low-level bit manipulation to larger architectural design shifts
* Translate theoretical performance improvements into working implementations used in real-world systems
* Work in a small, highly technical team with direct feedback from an active user community## What we’re looking for
* Solid fundamentals in

* Hands-on experience with
