| POSITION OVERVIEW: |
| A Full-Time Draft Beer Service Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of draft beer systems. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. |
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
| Perform routine maintenance faucets, couplers, and related dispensing equipment. |
| Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble draft system hardware to ensure proper operation |
| EVENT Trailers - Clean Beer Lines - Perform routine maintenance faucets, couplers, and related dispensing equipment. |
| Diagnose and troubleshoot pouring issues such as foaming, off-flavors, or pressure problems |
| Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures |
| Communicate professionally with bar, restaurant, and brewery staff during service visits |
| Transport and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and service vehicle inventory |
| Identify opportunities for system repairs, upgrades, or preventative maintenance |
| Represent the company in a professional manner while providing reliable, on-time service |
| Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with draft beer systems, including line blockages, leaks, and pressure irregularities. |
| Install and commission new draft beer systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. |
| Collaborate with clients and sales teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests and customer inquiries. |
