Looking for a job where you’re not stuck behind a desk all day? As a Draft Service Technician, you’ll be on the move, working directly with customers and helping keep draught systems running smoothly.

You’ll maintain and clean beverage lines at On-Premise customer locations, troubleshoot draught and pouring issues, and help create a great experience for our customers. It’s a hands-on role that combines customer service, problem-solving, independence, and teamwork.

Your Day-to-Day

Visit customer locations and build strong business relationships
Clean and maintain draught beer lines
Troubleshoot pouring and draught system issues
Make sure quality and line-cleaning standards are met
Identify customer needs and communicate opportunities to the sales team
Manage multiple stops and priorities throughout your day
Safely operate company equipment and maintain your assigned vehicle
Represent Ben E. Keith with a friendly, professional attitude

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 21 years old
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to read and write English and perform basic math
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including moving products weighing up to 165 lbs., as well as stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Ability to safely perform all essential job functions and maintain regular, punctual attendance
