Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering draftsand technical drawings for new-build and retrofit projects.
- Produce outline, detailed,preliminary, single-line, termination and arrangement drawings based on projectand customer requirements.
- Prepare engineeringdocumentation for customer and class society submission and review.
- Monitor engineeringprogress to ensure timely completion of drawings and documentation.
- Maintain proper records,documentation and filing systems.
- Assist with projectplanning, progress tracking and reporting.
- Identify and highlight projectrisks or issues and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma inEngineering or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D
- Basic knowledge ofelectrical/electronics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF tools.
- Strong communication skills
