Summary

Creates and revises CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and company standards.

Job Descriptions:

Develop and maintain CAD Drawings.
Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from Project teams.
Prepare detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction.
Communicate effectively and work closely with team members of individual's project assignment.
Ensure the drawings comply with specifications and company standards.
Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.
Understand the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood by the Project team.
To plan and work closely with team members, Project and Production teams to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects.
Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Certificate in AutoCAD drawing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in custom furniture, millwork, carpentry, or interior fit-out.
Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp or 3D Max is an advantage.
Good understanding of shop drawings, construction details, and manufacturing processes.
Able to read architectural and interior design drawings.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
