Drafter Cum Architect Coordinator
Summary
Drafts and coordinates architectural shop drawings, fabrication plans, and BIM models for building facades using AutoCAD and Revit, while coordinating with contractors and site teams.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as built drawings, cutting list for fabrication and other support drawings to site and production
- Familiar with AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools-Revit (3D)
- Able to use Excel for Date Tabulation
- Relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding, Doors and Windows
- Liaise with main contractor and site personnel
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as drafter
- Able to work 5.5 days / week
