DRAFTER CUM TECHNICAL
Summary
Creates 2D and 3D construction drawings, coordinates site technical matters, and prepares submissions for planning and construction using AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM.
Roles & Responsibilities for drafter cum technical
- Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of structural, architectural, and other related drawings
- Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings
- Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes
- Coordinate and assist Project teams in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS and Reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Construction
- 2-3 years experience in Building and Construction industry
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, Knowledge in REVIT and BIM
- Organized, meticulous with positive work attitude
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills
- Able to read, analyse, understand and interpret design and construction documents and drawings
